Our approach to Memory Care at Jaybird ensures that team members get to know each and every one of our residents, in regard to their care, and also as a unique and vibrant person.

The Dare To Dream program aims to make at least one resident’s dream come true each month in every one of our Memory Care communities. These dreams can range from modest to elaborate based on the unique experiences and backstories of each individual resident. To date, we’ve made over 1,000 residents’ dreams come true.

      At Jaybird’s Memory Care Communities, the goal is for residents to maintain a calm, safe, warm, productive, and enjoyable life. The ASCEND program process informs our staff about what matters most to each resident, and allows them to design a customized program of activities and personal interactions that give meaning and reassurance to each individual.
