A Message From Our Chairman
“Jaybird” was my mother’s nickname.
For me, the Jaybird brand is a reminder that we are taking care of someone’s mother or father. To be sure, it is a tremendous responsibility and a privilege, and it is surely one our entire organization takes seriously.
The company’s namesake serves as a reminder of those values that my mother worked so hard to instill in me.

Justin is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Jaybird Senior Living and its managed communities, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services. His role involves strategic planning, process optimization, and coordination among various departments to meet organizational goals. Justin works closely with the executive team to drive operational excellence and enhance resident satisfaction.

Angie focuses on strategic developments and revenue generation at both the corporate and community level.
