Independent Living
We handle the mundane maintenance, while our Independent Living residents are busy creating magical memories. From the comfort of open-plan, pet-friendly apartments with plenty of room for personal touches, residents have the freedom to choose their best life each day.
Our goal is to make at least one resident’s dream come true each month in every one of our communities. At Jaybird, we’ve made over 1,000 dreams come true so far, and we’re just getting started!

Assisted Living
There are plenty of things to do and people to meet, as Assisted Living residents enjoy a full calendar of activities, events, programs, and trips. With Jaybird’s help, they can conquer new challenges and thrive!
All of our spaces are optimized for safety, and our capable, tactful staff are standing by to offer regular or unexpected assistance.
We’re there with a helping hand for residents who need support with activities of daily living, such as:
– Taking Medications
– Personal hygiene (showering, brushing one’s
teeth, etc.)
– Getting dressed
– Transit (moving around)

Memory Care
Alzheimer’s and dementia are significant challenges for some residents and their families. Jaybird never loses sight of the unique and special individual behind the diagnosis, while keeping our residents safe.
When it comes to your loved one’s safety, you can rest assured that our communities are prepared and equipped to provide an ideal environment for them.
Our individualized approach to service honors each resident’s unique needs, beginning with proper caregiver-to-resident ratios, ensuring meaningful personal attention for each individual in our care.
All memory care neighborhoods feature secured entrances and exits, well-lit apartments and common areas, and accommodations for accessibility for each resident. We maintain a consistent schedule of engaging programs, which offer opportunities for stimulations and eliminate the desire to wander.

Respite Care
Caregiving for a family member in addition to other responsibilities can be an exhausting job. With Respite Care, we offer caregivers an opportunity to recharge, while guests enjoy all the same amenities and activities as our full-time residents.
Respite Care is also a great place for seniors to benefit from extra support while recovering from illness or surgery. It’s the full Jaybird experience, just on a short-term basis.
